About the Cancer Care Centers Foundation (CCCF)
The Foundation assists uninsured and underinsured cancer patients. We provide funding for 4 types of expenses - rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation (to/from treatment), and medications (only cancer/pain related medications). Bills are paid directly to the provider (landlord, utility, etc) once approved..

Will you help with all my medical bills?
The Foundation assists only with the 4 categories described above.  Therefore, we provide assistance for cancer related medications (drugs) only.

AM I ELIGIBLE?
Eligible patients are those who are receiving active cancer treatment, i.e., surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or in Hospice. Patients must be a resident of either Brevard County, Florida or Indian River County, Florida.

HOW DO I APPLY? 
Complete the application form in its entirety. Note: providing ALL necessary information will allow us to serve your promptly. Note: Submission of application does not guarantee approval.

How will I be notified if my application has been accepted?
You will be notified by telephone or email.

If my application is accepted, how do I send you my bills?
By faxing them to 321-952-8830 (attention: Marta).

How will I know when my bills are paid?
You will be notified by email or you may call the Foundation office @ 321-952-8837, Ext. 231.

How long may I receive assistance?
CCCF has a monthly budget for patient expenses. Funding available is dependent on the number of patient request and priority of need. If your application is approved, you will be notified of the dollar amount available for you individually.

Will my application be secure?
Yes, the Foundation website and all form content is HIPPA (Health Insurance Privacy & Portability Act) compliant.
