About the Cancer Care Centers Foundation (CCCF)
CCCF assists underinsured cancer patients. Funding is available for three (3) types of expenses:
Utilities (water, sewer, electric, phone, etc.)
Transportation (to and from treatment)
Bills are paid directly to the provider (landlord, utility, etc) once approved.Will you help with all my medical bills?
The Foundation assists only with the three (3) categories described above. For assistance with other medical bills (example, doctor co-pays) please visit the following (or simply Google “medical co-pays” for additional assistance):
AM I ELIGIBLE?
Patients must reside in either Brevard or Indian River County Florida, be receiving active cancer treatment (i.e., surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy) and household income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. (Apply Now)

Complete the application form in its entirety. Note: providing ALL necessary information will allow us to serve your promptly. Note: Submission of application does not guarantee approval.
How will I be notified if my application has been accepted?
You will be notified by telephone or email.
If my application is accepted, how do I send you my bills?
By faxing them to 321-952-8830.
How will I know when my bills are paid?
Bills received by 10: AM Wednesday morning are normally processed and mailed by Friday.
How long may I receive assistance?
CCCF has a monthly budget for patient expenses. Funding available is dependent on the number of patient request and priority of need. If your application is approved, you will be notified of the dollar amount available for you individually.
Will my application be secure?
Yes, all form content is encrypted and HIPPA (Health Insurance Privacy & Portability Act) compliant.
